Mr. Boyden (John) lives, works and plays in San Jose with his awesome family of a wonderful wife and three amazing adult children and two sweet adorable grand daughters. John and his wife Janet attend Abundant Life Assembly of God. Mr. Boyden’s passion is working with kids of all ages. He loves teaching, playing the bagpipes (http://piperjohnb.com/), reading, historical trivia, movies, running, hiking (and backpacking) and sailing. This is his fifteenth year teaching at PFA. He dislikes giving tests, but gleefully enjoys seeing the smiling faces of students who ‘get it!’ by the end of the semester.
Mr. B. loves studying God's holy scripture with a group called Bible Study Fellowship (https://www.bsfinternational.org/).
One of his favorite Bible verses is:
"Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy; meditate on these things." Philippians 4:8
